We will begin with a heartfelt conversation about your loved one, discussing their life, memories, favorite places, and hobbies. This helps me capture the essence you wish to memorialize. Next, I’ll send a form for additional details to ensure your tribute is truly personal.

Once you decide to proceed, a deposit will secure your commission. I’ll provide a secure PO box address for sending a small amount of ashes—typically about a teaspoon—safely packaged in a plastic bag within a box. Please share memories of the person or pet, their favorite locations, or hobbies. This helps us capture your love and infuse their spirit into each brushstroke. Prices for our memorial pieces range from £200 for smaller works to £2,000 for the largest commissions.

During the creation process, I prioritize staying connected. If desired, we can share photo updates or videos of the ashes being added to the paint, ensuring transparency for this sacred part of the process. The commissioning journey typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on order schedule. Once completed, your unique artwork will be shipped via 1st class recorded delivery to your address, or I provide free local delivery within the North West of England.
